I never got it on time

My order#6993 is lost and your customer service dept.will not respond to my inquiries.Wish you would provide a phone number for customer.service.

This place is a scam. They use customer updates on google to try and change other sites web address to theirs to direct others traffic to them. Any company who tries this is dishonest and not to be trusted.

Received a vape battery that stopped working after 1 day. Requested a replacement. They said they would send one. We'll it's more than a month later and now no one will answer my emails. I GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $40. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

The batteries that I ordered don't work with the carts that I smoke, so I tried to return them and got no response. Now I'm stuck with 2 batteries I can't use. The item description doesn't mention that they only work with certain length carts.

Never received my package

Didn’t receive my full order and have not received an email back about getting the item or a refund for it. Plus the box I ordered is good but the sticker on the outside was already falling off making my assume this was used.
