STAY AWAY - total fraud. Ordered 2 pens on 03/02/26. It is now 03/13, two weeks later, and I have nothing, the "shipping information" provided gives no information about when I will get what I paid for. And the "customer service" just says to wait longer. Nobody cares at all about the customer - only taking your money. Oh yeah, they also lied about when they sent the package that still nowhere to be found. Claimed it was sent on X day, but that was only when the label was created. They didn't drop it with the shipper for 3 more days, but they sure did lie about that.

After viewing a product on this company’s site, I began receiving frequent discount emails and eventually purchased. I was provided tracking information and a delivery confirmation, but the package never arrived. There was no package on my property, in my mailbox, or with neighbors, and my security camera footage shows no delivery at the time it was marked “delivered.” Customer service’s only response was that packages are sometimes scanned early and may arrive within 24–48 hours. It never did. After opening a USPS case, I still received no meaningful assistance and ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

*******SCAMMERS*******They took forever to print shipping labels to USPS. This resulted in my package being caught up in major storms that could have been avoided. After 5 days late and still no package then USPS emails me that my package has been stuck in new York the opposite coast for days because USPS seized my package due to fraudulent postage. So I may never see my package and as of now it's been 6 days late and seized in new York. *****Don't waste your time with these scammers!!*****

Never got my items i bought with my hard earned money! Someone stole my items out of the package! Very disappointed!

One item short.

I charged it and I can't get it to work

It takes way too long to get delivered. I ordered on the 13th of October, it is now the 21st. Still no update and of course the package is not here.

It took 3 more days then it said it would take for delivery. Then when it did arrive the thing doesn't charge. I got one use out of it now I have a $60 paperweight.
