Lousy service lousy administration even when you bloody paid they disconnect. It takes time to go there You lose valuable time Worst of the worst in the Caribbean region No internet since Saturday 14 June 2025

Flow is the worse they still ya credit and then be saying your data was on they have done this more than once to me it's time to switch bc they are unfair

You guys switch to this MAKE NO SENSE automated system which does nothing more than just irritate customers who are already upset or need to get assisted by a human and not some machine that can't pick up what you're saying smh please to fix this nonsense 😒

Flow is the worst with customer service and communication. They tell you that they will come 2 days etc and they will take all 6 months to deliver there service. The gift card thing is a definite scam wish i had listen to the reviews, sigh should have went with digicel. I recomend digicel.

Flow is a scam. Do not let them trick you because they are tricksters. Sorry the day I switched to flow. Signed up for the service for how long now and I have yet to receive the gift card now they telling me rubbish in my ears. Unu too tief Mon!!!

ITS THE WORST COMPANY OR SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY DON'T GIVE A DAM. AND AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, OUR GOVERMENT ALLOWS THIS TYPE OF BULLSHIT TO EXIST BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME. The email function is working with a 1-2 hour delay, but I am paying for the package where updates should be every 5 minutes. The support team promised me they would resolve this problem six months ago. The problem was not resolved.
