Flow, your customer service representatives are very disrespectful I have been on the phone all day trying to get through to to someone whenever I get the chance to speak to someone they disconnect the call I have been on the phone all day trying to call you people. My phone service is wack whenever someone tries to call me it goes straight to voice mail even when they are standing next to me this is unbelievable and then to top that off your reps are hanging up on me if they don’t want a job send them home because they are getting paid to take your calls and they are hanging up on customer from my side that’s bad for business...

This company provides poor services on all fronts and there is no regard for the clients since Jamaica seems to only be open to bicameral systems. There really is not much competition so Cable and Worthless almost has a monopoly and they do not care to improve on FLOW. To add to all of this, one has to attempt to get them on multiple platforms due to their refusal to respond or to do so in a timely manner. Online all they provide are generic responses.

terrible company! First it was c&w then it was lime now its flow well they bought flow and have messed it up like the mess up everything! Their CEO or whatever he is Stephen price is a nasty human who is vile and rotten to the core he's a really disgusting person who hates anyone who is not black! Their service and customer service is disgusting service is down more than its up when you want a rebate you have to initiate it even though they known when their service went down and should automatically give you a refund! Their techs give out your personal info which is illegal and when you tell them they done care and do nothing about it! They are rotten to the core but karma will get them!

Flow is without question the worst service in the Caribbean. Avoid it like the plague. You are better off with 2 tin cans and string. No customer service. Internet drops 6 to 7 times a day . Takes 3 hours to download a movie for TV. Low resolution images freeze in the middle of live stream meetings.Been calling customer service for weeks, nobody pics up. USELESS

Cable & Wireless > Bartel > Lime > Flow.... no matter the name, you have been ripping off people for decades and still won't change. Recently signed up for a prepaid line just as a backup and only to find out that I now have $0 on it (despite not using it in the 6 months I had it). Contacted your live ...or "lied" chat and was told by Rochelle that after a while that it is no longer valid. I informed her that Digicel at least gives a full year rather than a few months. She adamantly disagreed and that they're both the same then abruptly ended the chat. Typical Flow customer service! Immediately went to Digicel's live chat where they also confirmed it's 1 year. So, Flow once again, (1) STOP trying to rip off people... (2) Educate your staff.... and (3) Make sure they know about customer service before hiring every and anybody!
