A very poor website for Online top up. While using a laptop and wifi it tells me: 'We detected you do not have any data so please go ahead and top up your phone below.' If I'm not using a phone, and I don't have a Flow phone, how could that be 'detected. It's garbage. Entering a phone number to top up, triple checking it, the website states it's not a mobile number. I even copied and pasted it from WhatsApp - it's correct. I called the number and my friend confirmed it's Flow. Trying to login with Google, it goes into a loop to start again. I don't have that problem with any other sites I use Google login. Fortunately my friend has a phone with a different company. I will top up that again and we can stop wasting our time with Flow.

Flow Jamaica is the worst company I've ever have to deal with, I've so much bad experience with flow i don't know where to start. I applied for the yaad and road plan and the told me that the modem would be installed within 5-7 working days and it took 2 and a half months for them to make the installation and since then it has been problems with my bill that can't seem to be resolved. The government's regulatory body needs to take a look into this company, SERIOUSLY.

Very poor customer service. customers waiting for hours without being served. Staff seems to be doing nothing. This is the Portmore branch. So many customers on the outside waiting, complaining, disgruntled and no one cares. Are the workers being paid?

This the worse company I’ve ever gotten service from. I ordered a internet bundle Yaad & Road + HomePhone Starter Lite package, receipt was sent to my email. When I was contacted by someone called Alana Lewis, she gave me the wrong package which was Internet Vital. I explained to her that it was the wrong package and even forwarded her the receipt and asked for her to make an adjustment before installation so it could reflect the correct bundle. Alana Lewis ignore my email and I had to reach out to others to fix her error. After a few days of trying to get them to correct things, I was told it was fixed. I received a bill and I paid it but only to find out that bill was for the same package I told them I never ordered. Turns out they didn’t fix the error of Alana Lewis but signed me up for two accounts instead. Now they expect me to pay two separate bills. I’ve been messaging all morning with different employees and evening on phone calls but no progress. I think this is ludicrous and dishonest. They trap you into a two years contract with a package you never ordered. I’ll be talking to an attorney about this because I think it’s theft.

This is truly a ghost company. What company in 2021 does not have an email address? I have been trying to cancel my tv for the last 3 months with no joy. Their Flow chat is an absolute joke. If I could give a zero I would.

This company doesn’t even deserve a star I only gave a star because it will let me write a review without it. I’ve been trying to disconnect service for 3 weeks spoke to more than 10 associate and 2 supervisors and no has assisted. I will write a review everywhere I can until this is resolved. I will let all my friends and family disconnect their service and go to digicel

Unfortunately there isn't a zero stars option. Quite possibly the most useless organisation in St Lucia apart from maybe the water company WASCO. Utterly useless. Four trips to the shop to get a phone working. Tariff messed up. Can't pay your bill online because their systems are always in the toilet. Quite honestly I have to say to anybody reading this, if you have a choice, choose Digicel. Though they aren't much better. God I would hate to work for such a useless organisation.

Apparently Flow has workers who are very very disrespectful to clients not only clients but on duty with "uniform" in public creating conflicts, they even go so far as to threaten customers saying that they will expose there personal information this is unacceptable. Even when reported to management they cover up for each other, so the problems are never solved, on many occasions I have met other customers who had this interaction with these workers, this needs to be looked into how can you trust a company that violates part of a confidentiality contract with there services.(if this matters are not looked into I will expose this to the public newspapers etc)St.Lucia
