Earlier today I posted a negative review of Spybriefing.com Discover was the card service mentioned. They sent a text alert regarding the attempted fraud. They turned off the affected card as soon as I verified that the order in question wasn't mine. They had a replacement card in my hand in just over 24 hours. And the new card number does not affect the age of my account with them. (If a new card number had reset the age of my account, it might have affected my credit score). Kudos to Discover Card!

Discover has a seriously awesome call center / customer service agents. Every time I have an issue or question I've got a live human within a few seconds, they are knowledgeable and they give me actual information, not just repeating some script. In my book they have some of the highest level customer service of any company I've ever dealt with.

I love discover bank. I pay my bill on time for the credit card and always get fast friendly customer service us based. The bank account keeps my money safe and is very accessible with the around the clock security. They offer great interest rates (compared to competitors).

I like there checking account and savings ..they have been good to me so far .no.bad reporting here.sorry

I am honestly taken aback by all the negative reviews. Of all the banks I've dealt with in my life, Discover is, by far, the one with best customer service. Generally speaking I hate banks and financial institutions. But I like Discover. I don't have a lot of money but they still treat me like a valued customer - like I matter - whenever I contact them. When it comes to services and fees, most financial institutions are all the same. Discover is not that different (except their interest rates for savings accounts is actually better than most.) What really makes them stand out, in my opinion, is their excellent customer service. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I actually got the secured card as my credit isn't in good shape, also obtained it during the pandemic. Card arrived in March and immediately had to do a name change. Customer service was happy to help and immediately issued a new card in the new name. Got my deposit back within 8 months and a nice boost in credit line. I always pay prior to anything hitting the 30 day mark so I have never paid interest and still receive all rewards. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this card to anyone looking to rebuild credit. I've had nothing but positive experiences

We’ve had our account for over 15 years and have had only superior service whenever there has been questions about charges or merchandise not received or poor quality. Discover recently resolved a charge for merchandise not received and immediately issued e a temporary credit while they investigated the company. We did finally receive the order with their assistance and intervention. It was a company on Facebook-that after we placed our order saw the very poor reviews of not receiving the orders, incorrect/charges and tracking numbers, etc. NOTE: check reviews before placing orders and always use a credit card the will help with the fraud purchase or unauthorized purchases. I’m sorry for the person who had a less than positive experience regarding the credit card and interest charge discrepancy.
