I placed two separate orders for two different chain saws about a week apart and both times the order was "cancelled" after about 5 days with the reasons being that the item could not ship in a reasonable time. Both chainsaws are still listed on their website as available so I call BS. Fool me once... Steer clear and save yourself the aggravation.

Big time scam. Purchased via their website, thankfully I paid via PayPal so a refund was quick and easy. Website didn't give me a receipt and never got any tracking info. The seller responded once and then disappeared forever. Read the other negative reviews and stay away from here.
