I received the ink I ordered quickly but, the driver who delivered it almost didn't give it to me because I was unable to repeat some code numbers to release the delivery to me.
Response from DiscounttodayFeb 14, 2026
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear your ink arrived quickly and in good condition. We sincerely apologize for the confusion during delivery. For certain high-value or essential items, our carriers use a "secure release code" to ensure the package reaches the correct person and isn't misdelivered or stolen. We appreciate your patience with this security step, and we'll work on making sure these instructions are clearer in our shipping emails for your future orders. Thank you for choosing us!
