I was excited to find my favorite coffee for a very reasonable price. Although the company was unknown to me, I order the coffee. After a long wait, I received a request from the company to provide a review. Assuming that the items would have arrived in a month and hadn't, my review was not good. Since writing the review I have heard from the company several times offering to either provide the original ordered coffee or to refund my money. I chose the refund which was quickly completed. Although the experience was less than satisfactory, I do feel that the company went out of their way to make it right. Given the attention I received over the botched delivery, I would give them another chance. Thank you for your quick action once you learned of my dissatisfaction.

It came on time, free shipping and best pricing online. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping tracking information came after the package arrived.

All in all a good experience. Watch the expiration date of products you order however, the Keurig coffee pods I ordered expired about 60 days after I received them. This was probably how they could sell them at such a discount.

I ordered a chainsaw for a really nice price, the only reason it's not 5 stars is it took a while to get delivered to me, but the savings was better than I could find anywhere local or on the web!
