this company is a joke, i did make an order a cat litter on Septembre 18th , today with 26th, so i did check on my order because a week passed and i need a cat litter, surprisingly i found out that my order was canceled without any notification or any reason, thats improfesional , i will never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone, save your time and money, stay away

I ordered a product which they had about 15% cheaper than anyone else online but order was canceled 1 week after I placed order. Likely cuz they aren't able to provide the product at the price they stated. But instead they sent me an e-mail 1 week after placing order stating: "Order preparation time longer than expected. So we canceled to make sure that you can buy a good product in a reasonable time." Just a cheap BS excuse. A total scam of a company. STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS!!! UPDATED 9/12/23 RESPONSE TO SELLER'S COMMENT: Very weak response. I understand things happen. However, why wait 1 week to notify me??? Makes absolutely no sense. Had U notified us or canceled the order much sooner about this then at least I would've been able to order another in time for our project. 1 or 2 days after date of order is more than ample time. If in fact your supplier takes 1 week to respond then you're working w/ an extremely unreliable supplier. Not sure if they notified U in time & U then took 1 week to notify me + cancel my order OR if they took 1 week to notify U & then U notified me immediately after but... in any event it's U selling the product so therefore it's U whom assumes the ultimate responsibility. That's how it works. So thank U very LITTLE for screwing everything up. Your company sucks. Good riddance!!!

I placed an order on this site only to realize later that it was a scam. Requested order cancellation and refund THE SAME DAY. I've been getting the runaround ever since..."5-10 business days" blah blah. IT'S BEEN 15 DAYS with no refund in site, rather constant reassurances from 'Robert' that it is on the way and I need to have patience. HA!!! Beware of this company!

Bought a kayak from them Didn't inspect soon enough Was riddled with holes upon arrival, covered in dried glue and had sand and grit inside it Clearly not usable - tried repairing holes but worse than swiss cheese and unsafe as vinyl was to terribly dried out and cracked and popped with minimal air pressure 14 day return policy and didn't realize until too late Tried emailing customer service multiple times and no response and no one answering phone # on their website so unable to get any response Horrible product Horrible service 100% recommend checking gear upon arrival and 100% recommend NOT using this vendor in the first place

I ordered and paid for a Craftsman string trimmer in August 2022 only to be told it wasn’t in stock . Why would anyone advertise something they do not have in stock . They claim I was refunded on 08-19-22 ..this isn’t true either . Everyone should use caution dealing with this so called business, I know I will never, ever deal with discounttoday again !

Waited a week to hear that what I ordered was out of stock. Wasted a whole week waiting for something that I could’ve gotten elsewhere for a few dollars more.

Placed an order #433833 for an Echo string trimmer advertised for sale. Delivery was estimated in one week. After a week of not hearing about my order, I had to send 3 emails to Discounttoday before I received a reply. Received an email saying "sorry this item is out of stock - we are refunding your money". They still advertise this string trimmer for sale so others will face disappointment. Poor customer service. Discounttoday's reply to my review took 4 months to complete and was unresponsive. It was obvious the trimmer was out of stock. The Poor Customer Service issues they failed to address: Why did you continue to advertise this product for sale on your website after you were aware it was out of stock? And why did it take 3 mails over week's time for you to respond to a customer's query about Order Status? Not an Internet Seller that I would recommend doing business with.

I ordered and paid for a dog bed they advertised for sale on 2/13/23. On 2/19/23 an email from them stated the item "has been out of stock" and that a refund was issued. Other reviewers have noted the same experience. I don't know if this company is using customer's funds for short term investments or is just bad at keeping track of inventory, but it definitely is stealing the most precious resource of all - time. Now my puppy has no bed and I am back to searching.
