I queried their AI Assistant the following day, and the following day after my inquiry, I received a response with a tracking number. Three days later, my merchandise was at my doorstep. No need to contact customer service! Better than other competitors'shipping, and better price too......

Ordered a John Deere mulch control kit for a zero turn mower on May 5th. It was the cheapest price that I could find by a substantial amount. Was supposed to arrive in 7 to 9 days but to my surprise it was delivered by UPS on the 3rd day. The product was new in the box and just as advertised. Very pleased with this purchase.
