Shipped the wrong product
Shipped the wrong product, was told that right product would ship three days ago, have not received a call back with confirmed shipment after two calls.

Everything is great with product but…
Everything is great with product but packaging was not good. Carrier must have taped up torn box. If I ordered anything smaller than the braces, they would have been lost.

Sorry to hear about the packaging issue - I will ensure this gets passed to our warehouse. The carriers have been exceptionally rough with packaging lately.

The product ordering and delivery were…
The product ordering and delivery were excellent. I was disappointed with the quality of the product from my order on 5/28/2022. The bends in the 2-Hole Standard Pipe Straps 2 inch were difficult to align with the Rectangular Plate 8-Hole Base. The Strap, DSAW783BEG was shaped in an imprecise manner making it difficult to align the strap with the post base. This was different than the same product number I ordered in March. In March, the strap had a very precise bend and aligned very well. The straps may be from a different producer.

Slow shipping
Slow shipping I needed it soon I ordered two day shipping some parts came and others just drag I had no idea what was going on

Hi Alan, I'll be sure someone looks into this. Shipping has been unpredicatable lately - some packages arrive super quick, others seem to get stuck at different points on the journey. We do our best to get everything in the hands of a carrier as fast as possible! Marc

Outstanding.- couldn’t ask for better
Outstanding. I’m so glad to finally have found decent prices on this stuff! Super easy to use website. So easy to find what you need. The displays of all the different strut options also gave me lots of ideas for future projects. Also the shipment was very fast and free of hassle and free of charge. I couldn’t be happier!
