Communication was pretty terrible
Communication was pretty terrible. I got an email saying that the parts were not in stock, and asking if I wanted them back ordered. I immediately replied that I did, and asked for confirmation that they were being ordered. I got nothing. Several days later, I called and asked for confirmation that The parts had been ordered. I was told that the lady was needing to check with shipping(?) but that I would get a call back as soon as she had an answer. I never received a call back. Apparently, there was a call, but for whatever reason, whoever made the call didn’t think it was important to leave a message in the voicemail. When I contacted you again to ask where the heck my parts were, I was told that they had come in wrong and would needed to be re-ordered. When the parts did come in, you sent them next day air to get them to me in a timely manner. This was great, but I guarantee you lost money on this sale, and it would’ve been so much easier if somebody would have just taken 30 seconds to send me an email to let me know what was going on with the order as it was moving through your system. Your communication is pretty terrible, and you really need to do a better job if you want to stay in business.
