On-line pretty good. Had to call in for one question regarding multiple units in different locations. You need to put in as Step 4 the uploading of the unit lease. I didn't get a copy when leasing as the agent left the original in the unit so I could sign and return. That was somewhat of a surprise after the expectation that the confirmation notice would be the proof of insurance. Also--right at the end then it said it would take 7-10 days to issue the certificate of insurance. A bit misleading.

Super happy! My storage facility wanted to charge me $23(!!) a month for storage unit protection, which was exorbitant given that I rent three separate units there! Through Discount Storage, I only pay about $8 per unit for my minimal coverage needs — arguably, A WIN! The sign-up was easy to do online and the site was even able to cross-reference my particular storage facility, which was reassuring. The only suggestion I’d have for the site is to make signing-up for multiple storage units at the same facility more streamlined. I had to take out three separate policies the way it is. Not a big deal, and I’m very happy not to have to carry Home Renter’s Insurance to protect my stored belongings, because it’s a lot more expensive. Edit** Recently, I’ve tried to contact Discount Storage for a policy question I had. I left two voicemails and sent two emails, but after 48 hours, nobody has gotten back to me. I docked them a star for unresponsive customer service.

I loved that this exist . Real life saver.

As a new customer, I think it's been a great company as of now. I don't have any complaints at this time.

East to sign up, and cheaper than other insurance

Happy with the quick and reliable storage insurance. Very fair price, and immediately insured may unit. Would recommend.

Just getting the insurance but so far so good. Sign up was very easy and simple I do trust this insurance would be a very good insurance .
