"It is a scam
"It is a scam. I purchased insurance with them, and when I filed a claim, they referred me to Airparking Insurance, who neither answer calls nor respond to emails. My claim has been pending since April 26, and no one takes responsibility. Both companies are scammers."

Scam Artists they sold me a policy…
Scam Artists they sold me a policy agreeing to a contract then when I needed to make a claim they denied the claim and said they would refund me what I paid them for Insurance, crooks, I could have gotten a policy through a legit company and my claim would be paid. This will be going to court I promise I will cost them a lot more money in legal fees I don't care if I win or lose but I will run up their legal expenses

Paid for a whole year of insurance…
Paid for a whole year of insurance canceled after four months and they would not refund any of my money from the policy

Hello Jeremy, As explained to you prior to checking out, you decided to purchase an annual plan and benefit from the 10% discount. That discount is offered because you agree to pay upfront for the full year. As explained in our refund policy: For 6-month and 12-month terms, a 90% refund will be honored if the policy is canceled within the first 7 days from the date of enrollment and a 50% refund if canceled within the first 30 days from policy enrollment. You cancelled your insurance after 4 months unfortunately. That is well outside the time permitted for a refund. We would have been happy to help you otherwise. In the future, please select monthly if you do not think you will store your items for a year or longer.
