Soooo slow
Soooo slow. Ordered and paid for the New Yorker on December 29th. Now April 6th & no issues yet. Discount Mags says wait another 8 weeks, see what happens, and then if necessary they will assist. The price was decent, not great. Certainly not worth a six month wait! UPDATE 5/10/21 — Revised from One Star to Four Star. Received the May 10th issue. Once Discount Mags was aware of the problem, they were proactive & resolved it quickly.

You are absolutely right. Having to wait this long is a poor experience for anyone and we apologize it's taking this long and are not proud of the situation. Unfortunately, the magazine industry is one of the many industries that was hit hard by the pandemic and many publishers as well as the U.S Postal Service are way behind. We know it's not what you want to hear and that it's an "excuse" but it is the current reality we're all living in. It is always our desire to go above and beyond for our customers so if at any point you change your mind, please reach out and we'll take care of you. We can however tell you that it will probably take as long regardless of where you order. Ultimately it is your decision but it is our recommendation to wait it out as the world slowly goes back to "normal."
