I was having a problem with shipping on magazines and contacted Discount Magazines and worked with a gentleman by the name of John. John was amazing and kept in touch with me via email on every step. I have subscribed to Discount Mags for years at various times including a hunting and trucking magazine for my special needs cousin who loved the pictures and turned out to be the best gift anyone could have given him. I recently ordered a magazine for a year and I have discussed with Customer service over the years and today by email for the first time and the service has been so great. They are efficient, prompt and really nice to talk with. No issues whatsoever with any of my subscriptions and just wanted to take a moment to let others know if you're thinking about getting a magazine etc, you won't be dissatisfied.
