On July 15, 2021 I spoke with Jodi at discount magazines about my 46 separate magazine accounts, showing multiple order numbers. She was AWSOME!! Took over 1 hour of her time to walk me through each and every account and letting me know the best rate, when the accounts merged, extended due dates and so much more!! She had patience, empathy, didn't rush me, listened and answered my questions over and over. I would recommend Jodi for a very special KUDOS for all of the above and more than I can express, she is an OUTSTANDING Customer Representative for Discount Magazines. Thank you.

Had an issue with a subscription. the customer service is so helpful and persistent. They contacted the magazine publisher multiples time and updated the status with me frequently. I am really impressed and thankful about how they help me regardless how much money I spent.

I mistakenly orderd a magazine that I already had. I wrote to Zinio and they immediately gave me all the info. I needed to correct my error. I then sent a request to Discount Mags. and they immediately credited my PayPal account. I am SO impressed with the service I got. Thank you all so much. I am really satisfied with their service. I got a problem and didn't receive my magazine and when I ask for assistance they take care of it and did a great follow up until I got my answer and problem is solved.

I have been using Discount Magazines since 2013 for all of my magazine subscriptions. I've always received my first issues earlier than promised and all of my renewals have happened without any problems -- until now. It seems that Plane & Pilot magazine is having problems in their subscription department. So I finally got a chance to experience DiscountMags customer service. When I contacted DiscMags to report the problem they immediately contacted P&P to resolve my renewal problem. Long story short, I eventually contacted P&P myself (by waiting for 90 minutes on hold) and confirmed that the problem was with P&P, not DiscMags. P&P finally agreed to honor the renewal that was placed through DiscMags and all is good again. Through the entire process DiscMags always stayed in touch with me and offered to refund my purchase price several times. Excellent customer service :-)

Via email, I requested immediate cancellation of 2 subscriptions, which, it turns out, were not among my scrips processed by DiscountMags. As usual, their service was prompt and on-target, politely informing me of that fact and properly suggesting follow-up sleuthing measures. Would that all customer service reps were that helpful! --kg
