Excellent customer service. I use DiscountMags for several of my own subscriptions as well as gift subscriptions. Outstanding communication and support and quick response to inquiries. Excellent follow up. If they are backed up due to high volume, they are very clear to inform customers that there may be a delay in responding to an inquiry, but they always get back to you. Highly recommend using this service.

I got many enticing offers in the mail and started to doubt my subscriptions with you were valuable. But prompted by your c/s agent, decided to analyze further and found that when I add on the efficiency of your service, there is no better deal. I can log on at any time to see my status within the subscription & see when $ is due. The individual magazine's own sites hide this info so you never know your status.

Have bought magazines from this company for several years and they always come within 6-8 week. If any questions Customer Service answers fast and complete. Web site shows me all my magazines and their active/inactive status. Great feature is a Price Lock that assures renewal at same price even if publisher raises the price. Gives advance notice of renewal and allow chosing to renew or not.

I still received a magazine I cancelled some time ago. I thought I had bought it via DiscountMags, but that turned out not to be so. However, the person who answered my email was very friendly and stirred me in the right direction although it was not their subscription. I have some other subscriptions with DiscountMags and was always very satisfied with the service. The prices are unbeatable! Especially considering that the magazines also have to be shipped. This will always be the first place I will come to to look for subscriptions!

Update: First of all, Kudos to Trust Pilot! Upon publishing my earlier review, they contacted DM. That generated a flurry of CS activity on the part of DM to remedy the issue. Thanks TP. DM CS has contacted me several times, and they also communicated directly with LUXE. LUXE is extending the subscription period and changing the regional issue to Texas. DM also offered and provided additional compensations that soothed my ire and were much appreciated. Therefore, in the spirit of reconciliation, and to recognize Trust Pilot for their outstanding involvement, I am revising my rating in this matter. Original Review: Ordered LUXE magazine. Did not receive the first issue until 5 months after order. Issues are specific for different regions. I live in DFW but they sent me Arizona. Contacted DM's CS initially about the delay and now about the error in regional issue. Have yet to receive a response. Subscribing to print magazines is akin to ordering VHS tapes...it's over. Never again.

First time ordering from the company and my order did not arrive within the specified time frame. I contacted CS and they were most helpful in resolving the problem with the company of the ordered magazine. CS was excellent and very fair. I will not hesitate to place my future orders with Discount Mags!!!

I had failed to catch the auto-renew date before it triggered, but Discount Mags was quick to respond and assist in retrieving those unintended funds.

I had a subscription question which was answered quickly. Very friendly emails.
