I have been a DiscountMags customer for several years now. Some months ago I had an issue with duplicate magazines after I requested a name change from the publisher. The publisher goofed up, not DiscountMags. I had absolutely no trouble contacting customer service, who worked diligently to resolve my problem and kept in touch with me through speedy responses. I have rarely encountered such a high-level of good customer service anywhere! I highly recommend DiscountMags!

First of all, I got a call back after leaving a voicemail in only a couple of hours. Jodie was very helpful and was able to resolve my problem quickly.

Ordered as a Christmas gift, first issue came within the projected window of time given at the order. Good value and easy process.

I love the price and could purchase digital issues of my favorite magazines which is very handy.

When I called all of the lines were busy. I left a message. Often when I leave a message with a company I don't hear back for a few days. Jodi called back within minutes! I needed to cancel some "automatic renewal" subscriptions. She was so happy to help and took care of it efficiently! I highly recommend a "raise' for Jodi!! Karen

Prices for subscriptions are great. My renewal dates did not match up and they worked with the publisher to fix it. I got updated often while it was being sorted out.
