While our refund policy does not cover a magazine that stops publishing more than 6 months after the order, we refund any order for an unsatisfied customer within 6 months of placing it. Publishers often change how often a magazine is published without notice. We do love our customers and do our best to give them a positive experience, and although your purchase was over a year old and outside our refund policy, we offered a gift certificate equal to the remaining time on your subscription. Hello Robert, we wanted to reach out regarding your order. At first we were unable to find an order under your name, and we did not hear back when we asked for more information through Trustpilot. After some digging, it looks like you ordered a book in February 2025 and contacted us again in April to say it had not been delivered. Most companies have a deadline for reporting missing packages, and this was outside our 30 day window, but we still made an exception and issued a full refund once the dispute with your card company was resolved. Oftentimes this is because you are already at the maximum years of subscription, or there is a problem with the address or delivery.
