We're so glad the savings worked for you. Good news on the renewal gift: a renewal is added to the end of the current subscription, so her new term picks up after the present one ends and nothing is shortened or doubled. If anything ever looks off along the way, just email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out. We hope she enjoys every issue!

Thank you for raising this, it's a fair point and we've shared it with our team. If you'd like old addresses or phone numbers removed from your account, email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it for you. We appreciate you helping us keep things tidy, and thanks for choosing us!

That's a really helpful suggestion, thank you. A quick check of the delivery address before an order is confirmed would save trouble, and we've passed the idea along to the team that works on our checkout. If you'd like us to double check the address on your new subscription, just email [email protected] and we'll confirm it with you. Thanks for helping us get better!
