My order was delivered fast around 7 days, didn’t receive an order confirmation but did read that others hadn’t but still received their order so I didn’t worry. I did email customer services to check order had been sent and they replied within 24hrs with tracking and my order was delivered that day, great service will use again

I bought a product from this company, and it was my first time ever ordering something from outside the UK. Honestly, I was super nervous. Since I bought it as a gift for my mom and wanted it to get to her ASAP, I was stressed that I might have made a mistake. Because of that, I emailed customer support saying my order hadn't arrived yet, and they replied super fast telling me exactly where my package was in the delivery process. It ended up arriving on the exact day listed on their website, so I didn't let my mom down! I totally recommend them ،if you buy something, you can count on getting it safely. Thanks a lot!
