A slightly long lead time in the delivery answer of the quality of the product but customer service was top rate

My first time ordering from this company. Really happy with them . I sent an email , it was answered straight away and my order arrived after a few weeks. I will definitely be using them again .

I have been dealing Discount Health Products for many years. Their prices are competitive & the products are genuine. Their customer service is excellent, & they always reply to emails promptly. Items are despatched quickly, and tracking is provided. I highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had never used Discount Health Products before, but have been very pleased with their service. Their website was easy to use as was ordering and payment. We were able to track our package through its' journey. The only problem we had was a message telling us that they had tried to deliver, but had missed us. An e-mail to Discount Health Products sorted it out for us (a problem with the delivery firm's website) and our package was delivered 2 days later. Good Customer Ser vice too.

heyy guys!! i love this site! i read reviews on here before ordering and tbh definitely don’t listen to half of them!! it’s a genuine platform!! I ordered an item from them, i live in the uk and the delivery was really good!! (fast) and the customer service is great! i am definitely going to order again from here! it’s hard to get certain things in other countries but these are the only trustworthy people I’ve found lol! definitely worth it! Received my order , with no problems.. (Crest Gum Detoxify toothpaste).. I haven't used it yet , it only arrived 30 mins ago !) Opened the box - which is glued shut at both ends, unscrewed the lid/stand and noticed the tube itself does not have the little foil seal over the end of the tube (which is a bit concerning !) Maybe a case of "belt and braces" ie gluing the box closed AND a foil seal?? 🤔

Customer service is always fantastic, the products are dispatched and delivered very quickly. I have never had any problems with my order.

Ordered a product which didn’t arrive but customer service excellent at helping resolve Royal Mail delivery issues. All resolved now and grateful for such good empathetic communication.
