The free samples came quickly. Once I selected one, I was pleased with the quality of the fabric. I took one star off because the fabric came with some marks about half a yard in. It looks like adhesive from long strips of tape the held the uncut roll closed, perhaps for too long. I was able to recover my chairs and hope I can make matching placemats by cutting around the mark. I haven’t had a chance yet to make sure I can layout my project around the adhesive. Whoever cut the fabric for my order should have payed better attention.

I was disappointed that the fabric I ordered was not available until Dec. I wanted to have the chairs covered for Thanksgiving, Really appreciated the quick refund.

You can definitely tell the products are of higher quality . I purchased some great looking vinyl that looked like leather. I do have a complaint though. There was some large creases / impressions on the first yard of the vinyl.. I had to strategically cut my pieces around those and pretty much lost out on half of the first yard.

Ordering the samples was very easy. Would like to have been able to order a larger quantity. Once we made our selection of material the process was easy. we received the material quickly and when expected. The only improvement would be better direction on the amount. A local fabric place indicated we would need 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 yards. The DDF representative indicated that the amount of material we would need would be 3 to 3 1/2 yards. 2 1/2 yards was what we used.
