My original hearing aids were about 8 years old with one of them almost not working at all. It had been over three and a half years since I had my hearing and aids checked. I had a new and complete hearing test done and, as expected, was told I needed new hearing aids. I looked at online sellers and contacted three of them. One has never responded. One took over 3 days. Trey Peach with Discount Daily Hearing returned my call within 10 minutes and was apologetic that it took so long because he was on a call with another customer. We went over the brand, model, and color I wanted, then I sent him a copy of my hearing test for the initial programming. In a few days (delayed because of New Years holiday) I received my new hearing aids. I wore them a week and using the app for remote control I was able to determine a couple of settings that needed to be tweaked. I scheduled a remote support with Eric. At 3 minutes past the scheduled time I got a call from Trey telling me Eric was running over on another remote session and he would call as soon as he was able. What Service!! Eric did call a short time later and within 30 minutes he had done the adjustments. Initially I was somewhat hesitant to purchase my hearing aids online. How stupid of me! Discount Daily Hearing has been a pleasure to deal with and they have exceeded my expectations on service. And, in dealing with Discount Daily Hearing I was able to get top of the line devices for about the same amount a local source wanted for mid to lower mid range ones.

It only took one call to talk to Ryan who answered all of our questions and guided us to what we were looking for, for an incredibly reasonable price. They had many brands we could choose from. After we received the hearing aids I needed to exchange mine for a different model which was done without hassle. They followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was working well and if we had any questions. Ryan even remotely reprogramed my hearing aids with a new hearing test I had done. Great service on great products at a reasonable price. We couldn't be more happy that we found these guys.

Excellent service as well as the best price on hearing aids. The people follow up and make sure your happy and are very nice and easy going. They make you feel at home with your purchase. in other word good old fashion customer service were the customer counts.

I was a bit skeptical purchasing hearing aids on line. I decided to take a chance as there was a 60 day return policy with a full refund. I must say, that I was very pleasantly surprised. My hearing aids work great, and I received great service from Trey, who explained everything, and answered all my questions, as well as from Eric, the audiologist, who worked patiently and attentively with me. I would highly recommend both.

I bought my hearing aids at Discount Daily Hearing because of the fact that they were almost 1/2 price from what the local companies wanted. I was a not sure if it was the right decision but I gave it a whirl. For the first time since I started wearing hearing aid I can finally hear in restaurant at hockey games etmc. I was super impressed with how well the hearing aids were set for my hearing. I did have a little feed back in them when i sat in my recliner. I called and made an appointment and they hooked into my hear aids and made the adjustment with me not even having to leave my house. Very very happy I purchased from them. Eric's style and professional skills made our session easy yet comprehensive. I was impressed by his desire to cover the entire hearing aid experience and make sure that I was fully satisfied. In one word - YES!
