I have had a hearing loss since age 19, so I am an old pro in understanding the type of loss I have and the mechanics and technology required to address it. I have dealt with many audiologists and hearing aid professionals over the years but none have reached the level of satisfaction as I have had with Discount Daily Hearing. The experience is exactly as they state on their website and the process is seamless, fast, and no stress. I had worried that online interaction with such a sensitive physical issue would be a problem. However, it has been just the opposite. Buying the hearing aids, following the instructions and even the online adjustments from my own home have made the experience excellent.

my sales agent was very good. the product came as I expected. Follow up was good to insure things were working properly. Pricing was very competitive.

Ryan and Trey were fantastic to work with. They responded immediately to my calls and emails and answered all my questions. My original audio gram that I had done somewhere else was not quite right and after my first consultation, Ryan reprogrammed my hearing aids based on the test he ran and now things sound great. My experience so far has been fantastic and look forward to working with them. Wonderful experience from ordering to programing to arrival. The programming was spot on from the go. Incredible responsiveness to any and all questions. They were contacting me before I had the chance to call them. They legitimately care about your hearing and success with whichever aid you choose. Remote program adjustments with my iPhone connected to their system. So much more affordable than brick and mortar stores and no long wait, no up selling….just excellent service from knowledgeable professionals. Thanks to Ryan and Trey for everything!!!

I needed hearing aids and started shopping around. Most of the hearing aids centers around me wanted so much money for their devices. So I turned to the internet. I found your company and they had by far the best deal I could find. My wife was very skeptical of making a large purchase on line.
