Great experience with my new hearing aids. Will did a great job setting them up and the convenience of doing it over the phone cannot be beat. There was some concern with the unknowns of purchasing them online, but everything is working out perfectly - very pleased.

I am amazed at the improvement in hearing with my instruments after Will performed his magic over the phone! Will’s mastery of modern technology blows my 84 year old mind!!

I was extremely satisfied with my first adjustment of my new hearing aids. Will made me feel comfortable right off the bat call exactly at the scheduled time. Within a few minutes of being on the phone with Will I knew I was dealing with professional and someone who cared that my hearing aids were working properly. He reassured me that I could reach out to him for help whenever I need it. Truly a great first time experience with him and I’m sure that you would agree with me after your first experience with him. Can’t say enough how pleased I am.

These folks adjusted my hearing aids numerous times and got it right! Much easier that going to a local HA dealer. They do as they say!

I went to a local audiologist that was sponsoring a promotion for a particular brand of hearing aid. After a lengthy extensive hearing test I was fitted with a hearing aid that impressed me very much. However, the price did not impress me and the demo phase of the appointment came to an end. My wife went online and found the prices DDH offered for the version I tried at the audiologist, and that set in motion the text messages and calls that lead to me purchasing the newer version of the same brand of hearingaids for less than half the price. Thanks to the patience and friendly manor of both Lexi and Will, I felt more comfortable purchasing online. Everything from the initial text message from Lexi to the the last video call with Will tweaking the settings went well. I have been on need of hearing aids for around 2 or 3 years. After having been through some truly disappointing experiences, I happened upon Discount Daily Hearing ("DDH") purely by chance while price checking a competitor. It was a stroke of very good luck, indeed. I initiated the call to DDH after an abysmal experience with hear.com. Hear.com called me repeatedly after I inquired online about their products, eventually getting me to try them. They did an online hearing test (they all do them and they are all poor, but I knew I needed help, so just went along), then steered me towards a pair of hearing aids they wanted $5500 for. I agreed, not having done any real research. I was referred to a hearing specialist near me, who was sent the wrong pair of hearing aids TWICE, requiring me to come back another day, TWICE. I grew more irritated, until after the audiologist left me an email saying she had a family emergency, and had no idea when she would be back, at which point I was through with hear.com. Terrible outfit. So, I had the make and model number of the ones I wanted, and hit upon DDH's website only to learn that they were asking $3500 for the EXACT same pair that hear.com wanted $5500! The salesman I worked with TREY PEACH (his real name!). TREY is a low-pressure, honest, and very accessible man, who was the first person I've dealt with in this industry who took the time to walk me through the various products and helped me to pick a pair that were well suited to my needs, and the price was $2750. He never pressured me to spend more or in any way directed me to a specific brand or style. He would simply tell me the pros and cons of all the ones I was considering. He made the sale. Next, I was contacted by LEXI PARKE, who was the coordinator bridging me from sales to service, in order to fine tune the hearing aids. Lexi is a bright, funny, articulate young woman, who writes amusing and personal emails, letting you know she is actually listening. She was extremely accommodating of my somewhat difficult scheduling needs, and she set me up with WILL RUSSELL, my hearing aid specialist, charged with fine tuning my devices. I hope DDH knows what a tremendous asset WILL RUSSELL is to them. Will took me from out of the box to the fine tuning process with expertise, good natured ease, and most of all, Job-like patience. While I'm not a Luddite, I am not as tech savvy as some and am extremely grateful for WILL's guiding hand at the wheel. We had a couple glitches getting Will connected to my devices, through no fault of his own; instead of exasperation at the problem, WILL forged ahead, undaunted and genial. I have never felt rushed by Will, never felt foolish for my ignorance of the product, and have always been able to reach him within a reasonable time after contacting DDH of any issues. Once we get together, he has had no problem identifying and correcting the glitch, without drowning me in techno babble. He belongs in the audio specialist hall of fame.... You know, if there was one... I am so very grateful to TREY, LEXI, AND WILL for turning around my dreadful experience acquiring hearing aids, and making it seem easy and worthwhile. To anyone considering hearing aids, I can confidently and unreservedly recommend Daily Discount Hearing. Compared to the two prior experiences I had, DDH offers superior sales, coordination, and technical support by a mile.

I have been looking a new set of hearing aids for awhile now. I found discount daily hearing on line. I have had them for about 10 days now. Every time I call it is a really nice experience. I never feel I'm being pushed to get off the phone. Every question is answered and explained very well. It was a bit different buying from a company on line. Every step has been nice easy.
