I'm very impressed with the level of service and discounted price of Dicountdailyhearing. I've used hearing aids for almost twenty years. I just started using this provider this year. Trey on the sales side and Will on the adjusting/tweaking hearing aid side are outstanding. Any questions via email are responded to in less than a few hours, even on weekends. My first set of hearing aids...got tested at a local Dr. and was given a pair of hearing aids to try out. They worked good but when I was provided the cost I started looking elsewhere. Found exact same make/model at Discount Daily at a significantly lower price. Received new aids quickly and had great customer support to fine tune. Highly recommend.

This morning I had a rather comprehensive hearing test over the phone. Will exuded confidence and I was immediately at ease. He explained every step of the testing concisely while checking to ensure everything was progressing as planned. Thank goodness I discovered Discount Daily Hearing!!! It was such a more positive experience than what I had in doctor’s office where the audiologist handed me a brochure when I asked her to explain what differentiated the levels of a particular hearing aid model.

I ordered hearing aids from Discount Daily Hearing for my 8 year old son. The hearing aids that we went with first ended up not working out for our needs, and we were able to easily return them and try out a different pair, which ended up being perfect. They were really easy to work with and we are thrilled with the service. The remote fitting/adjustments are also easy. We also saved more than $3k from what our audiologist had quoted for hearing aids.

I bought the Cross 70 phonak hearing aids. I chose the ones you put batteries in because the batteries can be changed out with my busy schedule. I have been very happy with customer service and how they work. I’m on the 1st week and they seem to be Fantastic.Be sure to specify if you want rechargeable or disposable battery hearing aid you want when you buy them. Otherwise you will have to exchange them. I was worried about ordering them on line and because they were half price of what local hearing aid places wanted. Discount hearing will be the place I go if I ever need another set. Trey and Will were very easy to work with over the phone and tuning the hearing aids in.

I have wore hearing aids since I was 9 years old. wow thats 50 years. never have I felt comfortable with hearing test but Will was great with testing and adjusting my new phonak aids. I'm just in aww how well they work with my hearing loss. it's just phenomenal how I feel.more confidence then ever. thank you Will for great service. Marla
