Will Russell was our audiologist on call and he was so polite and kind. He was very easy to talk too and is obviously very knowledgeable in his field. So thankful that he was able to help me hear better. The software used to tune my hearing aids online was amazing to see used in person. Very convenient. Easy to use.

My wife and I were very Leary about buying online and the fact that we are not very technical. But when you save several thousand dollars you should try it. As I thought we had trouble with the download of the app, but called the service team and they walked us through it with no problem.They definitely know what they are doing and I am very pleased.

I was looking for a feature that will enable the BiCros to act as a hearing aid to the weak ear rather than neglecting it altogether (assuming deaf). Trey Peach on the sales, initially skeptic about the possibility went ahead and investigated the matter and found that it is possible. Since then he is in contact to see how this develops. Trey is definitely an out of the box representative, particularly when I compare him with salesmen I encounter in your competing companies.😊

Will, my audiologist from Discount Daily Hearing ("DDH") adjusted my hearing aids online after personally redoing my hearing test (which he was able to do online) and asking me questions about what I need most from the devices, and then optimizing them accordingly. Which in my case is clarifying the speech of others, rather than simply making it louder. The online adjustments saved me time driving to and waiting in an office, as well as aggravation, including the stress caused by the unreasonably high prices charged by local in-person providers. I saved more than $1,500.00 by ordering my hearing aids from DDH, and I am very happy with their prompt and professional, friendly service. Thanks to technological advances, DDH is able to offer the same or better help than an in-person sales outlet, and I don't have to worry about getting covid, because it's all contact-free. I am very happy with Discount Daily Hearing and with the Phonak hearing aids they provided to me.

This was my first hearing aid purchase and I'm glad I went with DDH! Best prices for sure, but also nice extras like supplies and free insurance. I was skeptical about purchasing online and getting set up right, but Will was very helpful and willing to keep tweaking until I was happy. That didn't really take too long because he knows what he's doing! I feel confident that they'll be there if I need any further tweaks. These guys deliver on their promises! Recommended!
