If I were to purchase my hearing aids directly from my audiologist's office, it would've cost me close to $6,000. Thankfully, I found the same exact devices from DDH for practically HALF the price AND including all the same benefits that the audiologist's office was going to provide with my purchase. I just had my first remote fitting with Will, and it was exactly as if I went into the office, except I didnt have to leave my house! My experience with this company have been nothing but excellent so far, everything was a breeze!

When I decided to get new hearing aids to replace my 6-year-old ones, I decided, with skepticism, to try an on-line service rather than go back to my local audiologist. The advertised price was substantially less than I paid for my old hearing aids. Out of several, I chose Discount Daily Hearing. Initially, I spoke with Tim Peach, sales manager, who seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering several questions I had. I took the plunge and made an online order with Discount Daily Hearing and almost immediately received a call from Ryan Walker, service manager, stating that my order was received, when I could expect to receive my order, and that Discount Daily Hearing would schedule a fitting shortly after I received the hearing aids. I was contacted by another representative of Discount Daily Hearing to confirm my scheduled fitting appointment and to further instruct me as to preparation for the fitting. The fitting session was handled by Will Russell of Discount Daily Hearing. At the appointed time for fitting, the Phonak site was down for maintenance. Will volunteered to wait until 10:00pm the same day to try again and that worked. All of the folks I spoke with were very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I am no longer skeptical of Discount Daily Hearing and recommend the outfit without reservation. Rees Bowen

The level of expertise and professionalism I encountered at Discount Daily Hearing is quite commendable. Trey, Ryan and Will are the staff members I interacted with, and all of them have been attentive, resourceful and eager to serve, prioritizing the best interest of the client. Acquiring hearing aids remotely without any physical contact with the patient turned out to be quite feasible with all the tools now available on the internet. In fact, I found the process more efficient and going smoother then my first experience 10 years ago. Dealing on the internet nowadays, with all the scamming going on, is unsettling and caution must be exercised, specially for a large disbursement. A quick background check showed a flawless record and no complaints ever filed against DDH in its 32 years of existence. One can also appreciate an extensive array of highly positive reviews on their web site. I dealt with DDH in confidence and I have no regrets. I am a Canadian living in Montreal, and it is not possible for us to acquire hearing aids directly. We first have to go through an audiologist to establish the nature of the impairment, followed by an audioprosthetist for the fitting/programming of the aids. Top of the line apparatus (pair) comes to the equivalent of $ 5800 USD.

Trey, Ryan and Will were all amazing. Their customer service should be a model for other organizations. They were very thorough, had outstanding knowledge of the products, and answered all my questions. They also made themselves available to support me after the initial contact. The pricing and products were also competitive and first rate.

Will contacted me at the scheduled time. We went through the testing and he recommended some of other features on the app. He is a hearing aid user himself so he understands questions/concerns. Very helpful.
