Will is very knowledgeable and was awesome to work with! He is very patient and answers all of your questions while give great customer experience!

Will is outstanding--combining knowledge, ingenuity, patience while at the same time being very personable. In the past I have had in-person adjustments and to be honest they don't compare with the thoroughness of the on-line session I had yesterday. I would definitely give this session my highest rating. Can one give 6 stars?

Will was great! Thorough and covered relevant information.

I have ordered the best hearing devices Phonak L90 from the best company with the best prices. Could it be or am I dreaming. My Audiologist who I have been close to for years suggested I purchase them from them. When I write to Discount Daily Hearing I receive a reply with in a hour or so from Ryan Walker. He always has a solution. I love my Phonak L 90 and I love where I purchased them.

Will the audiologist was great. He was patient and truly listened to what I needed from my hearing aids. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the programming. Overall excellent experience.

Easy to follow along with the instructions and pair the hearing aids with the app and Bluetooth. Will Russell did a great job!

Trey and Ryan were very professional, trustworthy and understanding when I needed to return my first set of hearing aids and take a few weeks off before ordering another hearing aid.
