I kept up with technology for awhile but fell behind a decade or so ago after retiring - consequently I think I've had to ask for more help than usual. But Will and Trey and Ryan have been both patient and helpful from the order process to getting adjustments etc. With so much to learn about all the advances, capabilities, and "how-to" with regard to my new hearing aids its an ongoing challenge for me I'm still in the process of learning but I have confidence that any further questions I have will be answered promptly as always. When adjustments are needed its usually about 4-days wait time which is most likely about the same as if I were seeing a local audiologist so no complaints there. It takes some getting used to remote adjustments but since my recent move to a more rural location, they definitely have advantages. But for anyone considering purchasing new hearing aids from Discount Daily - you must take into account not being able to physically hand them over to an audiologist to get things done like pairing devices so it may take a little extra effort on your part. But for me, its been worth the effort to purchase from Discount Daily Hearing. Without them I wouldn't have been able to get new hearing aids with the kind of advanced technology I need. They have made it possible for me to once again be an active participant at family gatherings and outings with friends, etc. which is TRULY PRICELESS.

Just had my final adjustment remotely done with Will. He was patient and tweaked my settings making things more crisp and updating settings from initial programming based on my audiologist's 9 month old audiogram. His help made me comfortable with my purchase. I am very happy to have found this company for my hearing aids. Have already started recommending to family and friends.

Well, I have hearing lose. This is one of the few adventures that actually got better as I went along. To start, Trey was excellent to work with while buying my hearing aids. The whole process is well thought out and carefully planned. Everything you need comes with the devices. All my questions were answered regardless of who I asked. My fitting appointment with Will a week latter was also professional. He performed a hearing test and reprogrammed my aids according to that test. I went through a list of problems I was having with the general programming sent in the aids when shipped. As I read off the list of issues, the hearing test confirmed why I was having those issues and Will also confirmed that the original setting would have caused these issues. So, after Will programmed the new setting into my devices the difference was tangible. I am so excited to get out and try them again now that they are more accurately programmed. I am ex-military and I am high surprised by this entire process. Rarely do I find a company that is this professional. I am high impressed and thankful. Steve

Just had my first remote intro and adjusting on my new Winex with Will Russell. He made the process so easy. I was unsure what all I needed to begin the remote call and he patiently waited while I “got it together.” He was able to fine tune my hearing aids so they have lessened feedback and he added more situation options to the app. Thanks Will!

I just had my first adjustment. Will was very thorough and spent as much time as necessary to make sure everything was in top condition. He answered any and all of my questions. It was great!
