I bought Phonak 2 years ago during the Covid19. I was very content how they answered my questions, how they explained. Last summer I traveled in Europa, I needed emergency to change some parts, and visited an office. There they switched the parts but after that I was hearing very bad. I stopped to use my hearing aids because always was a very strong sound , I had a pain in my ears. When I came back in U.S. I called the Discountdailyhearing to tell them for my problem. And they were very kind. I needed to send my hearing aids, to connect it with their computer program . After a week they mailed back, I had a video meeting with them, they did a hear test , and fixed the level of the sound hearing aids. Now I'm very well.

I've had two other hearing aid models prior to my Discount Daily hearing aids and the quality of the devices and the support are fantastic. My United Health Care hearing department grants me a $500 discount when I purchase through them, but Discount Daily beat that total price. I was very worried that some how I would not get a quality product or support but everything turned out fantastic. I hope other people take a chance on Discount Daily, you will be glad that you did.

I found Will Russell to be a great help and was successful in pairing and fine tuning my hearing aids. He overcame any program obstacles in a calm and professional manner.

I am 70 yrs old and a 15 year veteran of wearing hearing aids. Not only was discount daily haring 1/2 the cost of walking into any audiologist office but you do not have to make multiple trips back & forth to your audiologist because they can do everything thru FaceTime on your phone. This is my second experience buying hearing aids on line, and I am very pleased. The first time, all I accomplished was purchasing hearing aids at a good price. No follow-up or ongoing customer service. So I started using a local organization for support. The hearing aids from that first experience became very troublesome, so I quit using them. This time, just the opposite. Not only did I get a great deal, there has been lots of support, most of which was originated by Discount Daily Hearing. And the specialist who worked with me for my initial training, Will, was great. He was very thorough. I can't say enough good about him. The only thing that might have been missing from my second experience was any coaching on which brand and model would work the best for me. But in all fairness to them, I didn't ask - I already knew which brand and model I wanted. I would recommend both Discount Daily Hearing and Will to anyone that has hearing issues. The other individuals at Discount Daily Hearing with which I have dealt have also been very, very helpful.
