I sent a text message requesting assistance. The customer service rep responded about 2 to 3 hours later, then didn’t respond again for 3 days. No greeting, no name, just “what’s the problem with your aids?” This person could definitely work on their customer service skills.

The customer service department of Hearing Discount can not be reached. No one will respond to me. I paid $130 to get new ear molds which were then sent FedX to Discount Hearing. My ear molds were lost by Discount Hearing. There excuse was a disgruntled employee purposely lost them and other inventory. Discount Hearing will not pay me $130 for the ear molds I paid for which they lost. They will mot return my calls. I'm frustrated, therefore I'm writing this complaint. Discount Hearing is an unethical company. I do not trust them,

8 weeks turnaround for repairs when I was told it would 2 weeks or so

Discount Daily Hearing is NOT the place to buy hearing aids. I purchased the best Resound Omnia 9 hearing aids in April 2023 and I have been without them during that time for a total of 13 weeks and still counting on 2 different occasions. $3,700 and I still don't have dependable working hearing aids. I have made numerous attempts to work with them to resolve my device issues and both times it was full of delays and lack of action to repair or replace the hearing aids that advertise a 3-year complete warranty. Two of their techs have been helpful, but there is a disconnect somewhere as it takes weeks/months before the hearing aids are repaired or replaced. I would highly recommend going to a place where you can discuss any problems face-to-face. I am very dissatisfied with both Discount Daily Hearing and Resound for their poor customer service! I have requested a phone call from the owner of Discount to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!

I received a defective hearing aid and it took several fittings for them to finally realized or admit that there is something wrong with the hearing aid, they replaced it eventually but it took a really long time, which this one i have right now just does not work right either, im returning this one as well and done with the company for good. I wasted a lot of time, Taylor, their audiologist was nice
