UPDATE! I had a bad experience with DiscountDailyHearing back in april 2024. Someone from management had called me regarding my review and took care of the issue, he send me the correct unit I needed that works great and DiscountDailyHearing did great on resolving this issue thank you so much.

Unbelievable deal on my Widex Sheer Moment 440. I saved over $700 dollars by buying from them. I was skeptical to say the least, originally thinking how can they sell them for that price. Now I know how. An audiologist really marks them up knowing that the patient has to have it or them so the patient doesn’t think twice when told the price even after the insurance pays their portion. I even called my audiologist and asked how can this company sell them that low. He told me, don’t buy them from an online company because they are refurbished. He couldn’t be so wrong… My hearing aid is brand new. The process of buying it was very easy and painless. It took a little longer to get it because of a train derailment, but that wasn’t the company’s fault. So this is how it works, you send them your hearing test results and make payment, 7-10 days later they send you your hearing aid(s) already programmed to your hearing test results along with a device to make any changes. Wear it or them for 2-3 days, than they will schedule a 1st zoom call to see how they are working for you. The device they send along with the hearing aid(s) is to make any minor changes that may need to be done. An example would be… to much background noise, need to be louder in crowds and or lower in quieter places. Hope this review really helps someone as much as I’ve been helped. Discount Daily Hearing is transparent with the pricing of their hearing aids. Significantly better pricing than what our insurance company recommends. They lived up to everything & expectations as they advertised on the website. The hearing aid specialist, Taylor Grammon assigned to me is very patient, knowledgeable & helpful. He is on schedule with every appointment. After 2 sessions, he has already fine tuned my Phonak Slim L 90 almost close to where I want it to be. I highly recommend Discount Daily Hearing to anyone who needs hearing aids with that good price & excellent service.
