William did a great job working with my Mom! At this point it appears that this set of hearing aids has the power to enable Mom to hear reasonably. It is still not exactly what she would like, but last night, Mom was able to engage in a three way conversation for the first time in years! Two other Hearing Aid companies failed to LISTEN when told Mom's hearing is "Severe to Profound" and sent their weakest set of Aids hoping to get away with selling us the wrong product! We finally got the proper db gain on the Amp and speakers and with a great job from Willian they seem to help! We have a 45day free trial period. IF they continue to perform as they are now, I will write a second review to confirm!
