Bad follow ups. I got two calls in the first two weeks and we never adjusted the hearing aid. some times I hear an intermittent click noise in my left ear. I asked for supply to change the wax filter but never recieved it. I do not have test to show with and without hearing aid to show improvement. pls call at 914-419-3440

I had my hearing aid all linked up with my Samsung S23 (android). At first before he made adjustments I could hear him on my ear piece at about a volume 3. Once he made adjustments I could not here him at all. He would call again and talk to me on the phone and have me reset the hearing aid by putting it back in to the charger. After this there was no change. Nothing was concluded other than blaming it on my phone. My phone is not the problem. I have heard that android however does not work well with your app. Anyway. I was left with call back in a few weeks. Nice..
