Hi Robert reviewing your order you received your second pair of hearing aids on August 16th. We reached out to set up your appointment and you responded you were out of the country until mid October.

Hi Felicia, that is a lot of receivers to go through in 6 months. When we find this occurring it is usually due to not putting them on properly or high wax production.
