Great customer service and a great team of professionals. It all starts with sales, which delivered everything I needed. My audiologist has been patient and a true professional. Thank you.

My hearing aid will not pair with the sound assist. The customer service rep and technician tried every possible solution to the problem. Knowing the problem is on my end they sent a return label with no hassle and offered new hearing aides that would work without pressuring me. It was very nice to deal with a customer service rep. That sounded and acted like he cared.

Good follow-up to make sure customers receiving the hearing aids timely.

Always great service and very timely shipping James

I bought my hearing aids from you a year ago. Very happy with the product and service. I needed supplies. Contacted the company and dealt with Christine. Could not have gotten better service. Quick response and follow up. Thank you Lise C.

Will's patience together with his knowledge made this the first positive experience I've had adjusting my hearing aids.
