DDH is perfect for me. I'm comfortable with tech so there's no need for me to pay twice as much just for someone to handle the whole process for me. I was able to customize my own selections. For example I have one high end brand that works with the TV on one ear and a lower end brand on the other ear. This way I can hear my wife and the TV at the same time. I wish the website was a little easier to make sense of as to which products offer which features. I also would have appreciated more frequent updates on the status of the order. Bottome line: I saved three grand.

I purchased an expensive charger and turns out I ordered the wrong size. Despite the fact that the company has a no refund policy for accessories, they made the extra effort to get me a charger that was right for my hearing aids and made the exchange easy and did not charge me a fee. Excellent communication and friendly folks.
