Truthfully I was skeptical as hell! My wife manages a bank and her customers complaining about getting scammed online is a daily occurrence. The Lumity 90 price was too good to be true.. or was it? I ordered, they arrived!! But they weren’t set up properly for me. Will from their online support team and I had a video conference. He gave me some tests and reset the hearing aids through the Phonak app on my phone!!! They work perfectly and I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Truly a great deal and an excellent experience so far!

Had warranty problems with my hearing aids. They have been courteous and helpful in returning my aids. I am currently awaiting the return from the manufacturer.

It was easy to order and my charger was received earlier than website indicated.

Price n customer service has been exceptional! All though you are out of service for my insurance so have to meet out of service deductible (1000.00) then they would pay 900.00 so not feasible to use so all cost is out of pocket. We got the slim 90 for about the same price the 70 series from in network doctor.

Everything was done as they said it would be including a hearing test.
