The staff has been fabulous about everything! Ever phone call I have made has been taken care of promptly and the follow-up calls have been wonderful. The prices on their hearing aids are great and I would recommend their service to anyone! My hearing aids have been ordered and they are on their way! I can't wait to get them! I went to A professional Audiologist and they quoted me twice the amount for a lesser pair (even with my insurance) of Phonak hearing aids, with even less support options. I encourage anyone to do their research before purchasing a set of hearing aids. And trust me on this, because I have spent over 2 months doing my research before choosing Discount Daily Hearing.
