I requested a hearing aid replacement and it reached me on time in my hotel, so far so good, but a link was included which I did not asked for and could not use either due to my limited time in the States and on top of the package I was advised that $300 would be charged to me if I would not send (something I didn’t order) it back in time. I had two options to leave it in the hotel with the possibility that the link would get lost or look on my way to the airport for a UPS and send it back myself. I did the latter and told your office that I paid $11,12 which I would like to get back. The answer I received was that your office is charging $15 for a return label. This is not what I expected and in my opinion is cheating!!!!!

The programmer was sent to ensure your hearing aids are properly set up, and it wasn’t our intention to cause any inconvenience. We understand that the charge and return process caused frustration, and we sincerely apologize for that. Regarding the return label fee, it’s part of our policy to charge a flat rate for return labels, but we understand this wasn’t clearly communicated upfront, and we will certainly review how we explain these terms to our customers. As for the refund on your shipping costs, we’ll look into this and work with you to resolve it. We value your satisfaction and will do everything we can to address your concerns.

Hi Ron your order was placed on December 27th and we have them shipped on the 30th. UPS was the culprit in the time delay from the 30th through the 8th,.

Said he would get my microphone that sits on desk to pair with my I12 apple mobile phone not at time of call but via email which I have not received plus not happy with the way my earphones voices sound and no real progress made during 1/2 hr phone conversarion...

Order was for Double Dome - small They shipped me a much larger size domes, and I have been unable to contact company to report the issue.

I ordered a hearing aid charger. It was the wrong item but I only discovered this after the item shipped. Before I received the item, I tried to cancel. These items are NOT returnable. I missed that message on the website...though it is there. (my fault). I disputed the transaction but my credit company was unsuccesful in getting Discount Daily to adjust its thinking on this. I did try to talk to customer service about this more than once. Discount Daily was not responsive. It did not even consider calling me back. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I recommend you think more than twice before using this firm.
