Number one is price, and number two is Will, the service tech who adjusted my hearing aids. Overall, everything has been great. I paid less than half of what the brick and mortar store wanted for Phonak waterproof R-90 hearing aids and even got the rechargeable storage case. The brick and mortar store couldn't remotely tune them, and they were 45 minutes away. Times have changed and you can get better prices and better service from DDH than a traditional hearing aid mill.

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you were impressed with both the pricing and the service you received, especially from Will. We’re glad that you found the Phonak waterproof R-90 hearing aids at a great value and that the remote tuning made your experience even more convenient. We truly appreciate your feedback and are proud to provide a better alternative to traditional hearing aid services. If you ever need further assistance, we’re here for you!

I purchased hearing aids from Discount Daily Hearing. The price was better than making a claim with my insurance company. I later used them for my custom hearing sleeves. They delivered them to me in less than two weeks, which was excellent.
