Very easy to work with responsive to my issue and quick to resolve what I needed for my hearing aids. They have my records and they are able to get my hearing aids back in working order quickly.

You took time to look up what I was asking about. I think it is unfair for Phonek to tell customers that the Hearing aid has Acuracast built in but they will not turn it on until many users will use it. The transformers are now available but Phonak will not turn the hearing aid on to use it. False advertising .

Great Reliable Service Since 2000 I have worn HAs and gone through several pairs. However, my Phonak BTEs have exceeded my expectation. Since I purchased my latest HAs through Discountdailyhearing they have stepped up to help resolve any issues. Recently, they sent my HAs to Phonak and in a couple of weeks I received a new pair which work great with no issues. F Cook
