Wrong Item
I ordered terminals with a Global East base. They sent them with another base. I could not use them without a lengthy reprogramming which delayed my installation by a day and resulted in an angry merchant of mine. On the good side they apologized and a tech rep called me back in an hour and walked me through a reprogram.

The statement above is 100% true. We sent the terminals out right away, but we didn’t load the correct operating system in the terminal. We apologize for the confusion. We had it corrected pretty quickly though so I’m glad the review above did mention that. If we make a mistake we will own up to it. Three star seems fair. Though I give us three stars for the initial order, and five stars for the recovery.

Service is laughable
There were several delays in shipping when I ordered. When I finally did get it it was the wrong model. I had to waste a ton of time getting it straight and they didn't seem to know what was going on. Find somewhere else to order from.

Yep. mistakes happen and we are sorry for the confusion. In this case, we were out of stock of the product ordered. In fact, all distributors were waiting for the product to arrive on a boat from China to arrive. We did communicate this in a timely fashion via email, but clearly we could have done better. We are always working to improve our Customer Service experience, which is why we signed up for this review service. This is our ninth year in business, so we are doing something right.
