I am satisfied with the purchase. The item came within a reasonable time and is working after installation/replacement.

I ordered a complete “exact fit” kit in August. Arrived within a week. Took it to my mechanic the next week; the drier was not correct fit. We had to get one from the dealer. Reached out to DiscountACParts about return policy and was told it was 14 days (after ordering) and it was too late. Disappointed in that. Everything else seemed to work.

DONT BUY , DONT BUY, We got a tracking number and a list of items that where supposedly ship. We got half of order, we contacted the company we don't get any answers on over 15 days. We ask for a refund they said they need more time to see what happend. Meanwhile I'm stock with my problem. I don't have the part I order or the money we paid this people.

A/C works great! I used the free shipping, took a week to get here. Next time I'll pay a little to get the part quicker. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Parts were priced great. Delivery was fast. Everything fit and worked as it should. Highly recommend over chain stores charging more for just the compressor than I paid for the entire system w this site.
