My phone call with direct start today took all of 15 minutes. My CSR knew the products, listened to my needs, and met them quickly without trying to upsell me. If you're looking for a satellite service provider, use these guys to get the job done.

The customer service was great. Joel was very friendly and very helpful in getting the service that we need. He made sure that we understand everything from the tv package to what our billing charges would be. He was very straight forward and we never felt as if we were being scammed in anyway.

Was made to feel comfortable and secure in purchasing package. Very pleasant agent who was very patient in answering questions and explaining Bundles.
