i hope the service is bas good, i'll have to wait untill installed

Service was professional, thorough and timely.

I am in the process of moving and under a ton of stress and the last thing I could think about was setting TV up right now. The associate understood completely and was very patient with me and offered me great deals!

I would like to verify that , the statement will be monthly and mailed to me. and I would like to know if their are other ways to make a payment such as amscott a paystation and I know that you can mail the payment and call in a payment. But most important to me is that this account is not set up to come out of the account that I made my intial payment I do not want that please and thank you for all of your time. Abel Carmenates

good experience

The service was good, but operators ran though the prices, due dates, rate changes and so on so fast that it is difficult to understand. although i was satisfied with the over all experience it did seem as if they were trying to run through things so i would not know exactly what i was signing up for. Sort of like verbal fine print.

I am excited to be a first time DTV customer. I hope the experience matches my level of excitement.
